At Zyra Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality Islamic education. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

New students enrolling in any course are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of enrollment if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of initial enrollment
  • This is your first enrollment with Zyra Learning for this particular course
  • You have attended no more than 4 classes
  • You provide a valid reason for requesting a refund

2.2 How to Request

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  1. Email us at refunds@zyralearning.com
  2. Include your account email, enrollment date, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However:

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date
  • Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused classes within the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions, except in the following cases:

  • Service interruption on our end lasting more than 7 consecutive days
  • Failure to provide qualified instructors as promised
  • Circumstances covered by our satisfaction guarantee (first 30 days)

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

4.1 Within First 30 Days

Annual subscriptions purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Less than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • No more than 4 classes have been attended
  • Request is submitted via email to refunds@zyralearning.com

4.2 After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund in exceptional circumstances:

  • Medical emergencies (doctor's note required)
  • Relocation to an area with incompatible time zones (proof of relocation required)
  • Extended service outages on our end (more than 14 days)

Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of complete months remaining in the subscription period, minus a 20% administrative fee.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration or enrollment fees
  • Completed or attended classes (beyond the 30-day guarantee period)
  • Downloaded digital materials or resources
  • Certificate fees
  • Late payment fees or penalties
  • Promotional discounts or special offers (if terms specified no refunds)

6. Instructor-Related Issues

6.1 Instructor Changes

If we need to change your assigned instructor due to unavailability or other reasons:

  • We will provide a qualified replacement instructor
  • If you are not satisfied with the replacement, you may request a different instructor
  • If no suitable instructor is available, you may request a full refund

6.2 Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about instructor quality:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at support@zyralearning.com
  2. We will investigate and may reassign you to a different instructor
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted at our discretion

7. Technical Issues

7.1 Platform Issues

If technical issues on our platform prevent you from attending classes:

  • Report the issue immediately to support@zyralearning.com
  • Missed classes due to our technical issues will be rescheduled at no charge
  • If issues persist for more than 7 days, partial refunds may be considered

7.2 Student-Side Technical Issues

Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device problems, etc.) are not grounds for refund. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet technical requirements.

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Funds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account

8.2 Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative method.

8.3 Payment Gateway Fees

Please note that payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) charged by Razorpay are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
  • Chargeback fees may be charged to your account

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events occur. In cases of:

  • Serious illness or medical emergencies
  • Family bereavement
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
