3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of our platform.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Fees

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you selected. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment service provider. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

4.3 Billing and Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5. Class Scheduling and Attendance

5.1 Scheduling

Students are responsible for scheduling their classes through our platform. Class times are subject to instructor availability.

5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule classes up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be counted as attended
• No-shows without prior notice will be counted as attended classes
• Instructor cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

5.3 Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection
• A device with camera and microphone
• Compatible web browser or app
• Quiet environment suitable for learning

6. Code of Conduct

All users of Zyra Learning must:

• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Maintain Islamic etiquette and adab during classes
• Arrive on time and be prepared for classes
• Not record, screenshot, or share class content without permission
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purposes
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not impersonate others or provide false information

Violation of our code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on Zyra Learning, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of Zyra Learning or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account with others

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

Our services are provided &quet;as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2 Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Student progress depends on individual effort, commitment, and various other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyra Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
